Penalope is a very gentle, loving girl. She adores people and is the perfect lap-dog companion. She likes to take leisurely strolls, but mostly loves to cuddle with her human friends. She gets along well withother mellow dogs. Penalope’s adoption fee can be waived for any personage 60 or over through the SPCA’s Seniors for Seniors adoption program.
