Tweeting for Dogs

Tweeting for Dogs

First your parents friended you on Facebook, now your dog can send you tweets via Twitter.

Mattel is expected to unveil Puppy Tweets this Friday at the Toy Fair in New York City.

The device is a tag containing a sound and motion sensor that attaches to your dog’s collar. The tag’s USB receiver is connected to your computer. You also have to set up a Twitter account for your dog’s tweets. The tag contains some pre-recorded tweets that are sent when your dog is engaging in certain activities.  It will randomly generate one of 500 canned tweets when it detects your dog’s barking or any kind of movement which will automatically post on our dog’s own Twitter page.

Retail price for this fancy schmancy device is $29.99.
